This notice explains how information is handled through the Om Tubes & Fittings Industries website and how to control optional analytics.

Enquiries and career enquiries

When you send the BOM enquiry form, the details you enter and any files you attach are transmitted to our own server, stored there, and emailed to our team so that we can reply. We keep what you send — your name, company, email address, country, part numbers, notes and attachments — for up to 12 months, after which the stored copy is deleted. The email itself is retained in our business correspondence.

If the form cannot reach our server, it falls back to preparing a message in your own email application instead, and tells you it has done so. In that case nothing is uploaded and the message is sent by your own email provider.

Career enquiries are sent by email to hr@omtubes.com using your own email application; the website does not process them.

Please share only the contact and project information needed for your enquiry. To ask what we hold about you, or to have an enquiry deleted, contact sales@omtubes.com.

Details used within the website

The specification builder and part-number search pass your selections to the contact page using its address. These details may remain in your browser history. Avoid entering confidential information in these fields; send sensitive project documents through a channel agreed with our team.

Optional Google Analytics

When analytics is configured and you choose to allow it, the website loads Google Analytics to measure page visits and selected interactions, such as product links and enquiry-draft buttons. Google can process browser, device, network and approximate location information, and set first-party analytics cookies including _ga and _ga_*.

Our analytics integration does not send the contents of enquiry fields, uploaded files or page query strings as custom event data. Advertising signals and advertising personalisation are disabled. Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Cookie preferences

The Google tag stays off until optional analytics is configured and you allow it. Your preference is stored in your browser so you do not have to choose on every page. Turning analytics off stops this integration from recording further visits and interactions and removes its accessible first-party analytics cookies. This does not delete information already received by Google.

Fonts and hosting

The website requests fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts that service to display the typefaces. The website’s hosting infrastructure also processes the requests needed to serve pages and media. These requests can include network information such as an IP address.
