    Heat approval

    Mill certificates reviewed against the order specification; every heat number logged before cutting.

  2. 02

    Forming

    Hot extrusion, cold drawing, pilgering or automated TIG welding, depending on the family and wall.

  3. 03

    Heat treatment

    Solution annealing and bright annealing in pure hydrogen; quench rates recorded on chart.

  4. 04

    Straightening & sizing

    Multi-roll straightening to tolerance, then cut, bevel and end-face on CNC.

  5. 05

    Pickling & finishing

    Acid pickling, passivation, polishing to 180–600 grit, or electropolish on request.

  6. 06

    Non-destructive testing

    Hydrostatic, eddy current, ultrasonic, dye penetrant and PMI — 100% of production.

  7. 07

    Certification & despatch

    EN 10204 3.1 certificate raised, stencilled, bundled and sea-worthy packed.
